Unfortunately I had an accident. My car was totaled. I had to go to hospital before car was towed so I had to go to tow yard twice to get items from car. Both the gentleman I dealt with were patient and professional. I hope I never have to need them again, but if I do I will certainly call King Towing. See more See less

My husband and I had an unfortunate situation at a public boat launch in Orange Beach. Our vehicle and trailer were both towed. None of that had anything to do with Kings Towing. The driver, Chip, at Kings Towing could not have been any more polite, professional and helpful in an otherwise stressful situation. Kings Towing had nothing to do with why our vehicle was towed, they are just answering service calls and tow requests from the police department. King’s Towing sent us a wheel lift all the way down to our Fort Morgan beach house. There, Justice helped us recover 2 of our SUVs from a steep sand pit. The whole way, he was always thoughtful of our concerns on how to get it out with minimal damage, and with a bit of on the spot creativity, he collaborated our ideas and successfully pulled both cars out of a tough spot with zero damage to either cars. In the end, he charged us for WAY less than many others were offering that morning and drove out in as little as 30 minutes compared to the 2-3 hour wait from other wreckers. My suv failed to start. Oh $hi+. NOT NOW!! The night before Thanksgiving? it’s past 6pm, everything is closed! So, Here I was, a lady alone, away from home, in a place where I knew no one who would help, so I searched my phone and found KINGS TOWING & RECOVERY and made the call. Do you know how you dread calling a towing company? I can relate to that! The man on the phone said he would send someone in 30-45 minutes…(sure)… And guess what😁it didn’t even take that long!! They showed up in a nice clean tow truck! They found me !! Two of the NICEST GUYS showed up and they were CLEAN CUT 🤩 & RESPECTFUL 🙏🙏🙏. ******JOHN and CODY *****super heroes! Not only did they get my SUV going, they gave me a discount that didn’t break the bank! I was stuck in deep sand just off our driveway at our beach house in Gulf Shores. I reached out to Kings Towing at 5:30 am on Sunday morning and within 30 minutes Richard arrived, he was very polite, professional and helpful. He had my vehicle out of the sand via wench and I was on the road within 10 minutes. These guys turned a unfortunate situation into an overall pleasant and educational experience. I was very impressed with Kings Towing. I drive a BMW M4 and it is very low to the ground. Getting it on and off of a rollback is a process! It involves putting down boards to keep it from scraping, a tow eye to attach their hook to.... it's lengthy. The driver took very good care of her and called me when he got it to Mobile to let me know it was there and safe. 100% recommend. See more See less
